- Google account info — email, display name, and profile picture, used for authentication.
- Audio recordings — sent to our server for transcription and deleted after processing.
- Transcription text — stored on our server and linked to your account so you can access it.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Audio is forwarded to a third-party speech-to-text service for transcription and is not retained after processing.
- Transcription results are stored so you can view them in the app.
- We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
3. Third-Party Services
ScribblSnap uses third-party services for authentication and speech-to-text transcription. Audio data sent for transcription is processed in accordance with the respective service provider's privacy policy and is not retained after processing.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers operated by ScribblSnap. We use JWT-based authentication, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and do not store passwords. Audio files are deleted after transcription completes.
